Most orders are shipped SAME DAY if received by 4:45 (warehouse local time), except BULK items or are noted as having a longer, specified delivery time .  We have over 40 warehouses strategically located across the continental United States enabling us to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. In the event that the warehouse nearest to you does not have enough stock to ship your order the items will be shipped from the next closest warehouse that has stock.

 BULK ORDERS-Estimated Delivery 7 to 14 Business Days

Items that end in -BULK are considered a BULK Order and have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.Estimated means there is no guarantee the items will arrive in that time period. We will gladly contact the manufacturer prior to your order being placed to check availability and give you a better estimate of delivery time, just give us a call with item numbers and the ship to city and state. Please keep in mind that placing a BULK order is a great way to save money if you can wait and do not need the items in a short period of time or on a specific date.

BULK orders that ship FREE are dock/ truck tailgate deliveries to a commercial location and do not include inside delivery or truck liftgate. Residential and Liftgate Charges as assessed will be additional and customer will be contacted for approval.
Customers that request additional services are responsible for any additional costs.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All order over $45 are shipped for FREE (Items that can ship by UPS only) items that require truck delivery will incur a shipping charge that will be added to your invoice.

Orders under $45 will incur a $7.99 shipping charge 

BULK orders that ship FREE are dock/ truck tailgate deliveries and do not include inside delivery or truck liftgate. 
Customers are responsible for any additional costs billed directly by the carrier.


       
SHIPPING CHARGES-FREIGHT/COMMON CARRIER

   
Freight charges apply to orders that are not able to ship by a standard ground service.  They will ship by a common carrier and are subject to a minimum freight charge of $59.99.  For Larger orders actual freight will be computed and displayed
in your shopping cart at checkout.

TRUCK DELIVERIES ARE NOT INSIDE DELIVERIES and the driver will only bring the shipment to the tailgate of the truck. 
Inside delivery may be available for an extra charge and can be quoted by calling us at (800)658-1488.

When will my order ship ?
Most orders will ship same day when placed Monday-Friday before 4:45 local time(unless the product is otherwise noted).  If your order is placed outside of normal business hours it will ship on the next business day.  Same day shipping applies to all items on our site unless they are otherwise noted.

We ship to the Continental United States

Where we do NOT ship to ?
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or outside the continental U.S.

When will my order arrive ?
Orders that ship by ground service and ship from a local warehouse, typically arrive within 1-3 business days. There are instances where all or part of the items ordered are not available in the warehouse closest to you and they will ship from the next closest warehouse with stock of the item. 

Orders that ship COMMON CARRIER and items that are noted at BULK items typically deliver within 7-24 business days although delivery time can vary.

Will the delivery person bring my order inside ?
Ground Service: Orders shipped by standard ground service will be brought to the front door of the recipient by the delivery driver.
BULK and COMMON CARRIER: are dock to dock or truck tailgate deliveries. These deliveries do not include truck lift gates or inside delivery. In most cases an inside delivery can be arranged for an extra charge. Please arrange for an inside delivery prior to placing an order by calling (800)658-1488

IMPORTANT NOTICES: 
You MUST note any delivery damage on the delivery ticket or bill of lading.  It is best to completely inspect delivered products while the driver is present, before signing for the delivery.  If there is severe damage please contact us immediately so we can handle it at that time.
It is very important that you keep all shipping and packing materials.  We cannot accept returns (for replacement or credit) that do not have all original packaging.

Common Carrier Deliveries to Home Addresses:

Drivers will bring your delivery to the rear of the truck but it is your responsibility from that point forward.
Common Carrier deliveries cannot be scheduled for a specific time. 
We can request that the delivery company call you before delivery. 
Someone must be available during normal weekday business hours (generally 8 am to 5 pm) to accept and sign for the delivery as a signature is required.
