Money Back Guarantee
If an item is received defective or damaged, BulkOfficeSupply.com will pick up the defective item and replace it or will refund 100%. Credit will only be issued when defective item is received back at our warehouse. However, if the incorrect item was ordered or customer has changed their mind regarding an order, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All consumable and/or medical items are non-returnable and non-refundable. BulkOfficeSupply.com will advise you if this applies after you request a return.
What is our return policy?
BulkOfficeSupply.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to manufacturer and/or BulkOfficeSupply.com restrictions. After 30 days, all return requests must be made with the product manufacturer of the item ordered. Due to BulkOfficeSupply.com's policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored, however we will gladly provide manufacturer contact information if necessary.
Returns must be 100% INTACT, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code CLEARLY VISIBLE. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /OR accessories must also be included. Please be advised all merchandise returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, will not be eligible for postage of full credit to that account. Exterior packaging of products that is written on damaged in any way is considered non returnable.
To have a return processed for your order, go to the Contact Us page and submit your request or call (800) 658-1488 Monday - Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m. EST with the following information:
- Original order number
- Item being returned and quantity
- Reason for return
- Your name and daytime phone number
- Your e-mail address
- Please also advise us as to whether or not you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account
All returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued by our Customer Service Department located through the Contact Us page. Return numbers must be written clearly on the outside of all returned package labels (Not on manufacturer packaging). In addition to the RMA numbers, you will be provided with the address of our nearest warehouse inorder to return the defective item. All Packages returned without return numbers will be refused and returned to sender. All packages returned to our New York office will also be refused and returned to sender.
Please allow 15 business days for return processing and credit postage to your account.
BulkOfficeSupply.com will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please be advised all returns may be subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are 25% of total order.
What is our policy against defective products?
Defective products will be picked up at our expense and a replacement order will be shipped and billed. A credit will be issued for the defective product upon receipt of verification and quantity by our warehouse.
Refused Orders
Orders that have shipped and are refused at delivery point are considered refused orders.

If you decide the products ordered are not needed, the order MUST be accepted upon delivery and returned under the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (see above).
All orders that are refused upon delivery are subject to additional charges.
These charges include:
1. Freight from warehouse to delivery location (refusal point).
2. Freight from delivery location (refusal point) back to our NY office.
The amount credited to credit card will be the original product cost, not including freight, minus the above additional freight charges.
Exchange Policy
BulkOfficeSupply.com will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided request is made within 30 days of receipt of order. Due to BulkOfficeSupply.com's policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored by BulkOfficeSupply.com.
